There are two types of videos I really love: gym workouts and contest shape videos. This falls into the latter category. I am not familiar with Yevgeniya Kirilych, but the screen captures looked really inticing. The video appears to be shot backstage at a contest and Yevgeniya is clearly in incredible shape. She has mountainous biceps and rock hard pecs. I absolutely adore this woman's upper body! Her arms are like tree trunks that are capped by an excellent set of delts. Yevgenita's back is nice and wide and has a wonderful V-shape. Her abs are tight and well defined. This is a full body posing video and I did enjoy seeing her flex her quads and hamstrings, but I feel her upper body is just too amazing to go into too much detail about anything else. She is also quite striking in her beauty, I like the way she smiles when she flexes. She has obviously put a lot of work into getting such a great physique and I hope she gets more recognition. I also hope to see her do a workout video one day. Overall, it's a good video.
